Planning a Retreat
  • What types of retreats do you offer?

We host group and parish retreats, conferences, speaker events, prayer groups, and ministry gatherings. Visit our Retreats & Events page to see what's coming up.

  • Can my group plan its own retreat?

Yes. We welcome parishes, ministries, and faith-based groups who wish to plan their own retreat. Complete our inquiry form and we'll help you shape a schedule that fits your community.

  • How many guests can you accommodate?

The retreat center can comfortably host events for several hundred guests, and can accomodate up to 100 overnight guests. Additional overnight accomodations are coming soon to expand our capacity.

  • How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking group retreats at least 3–6 months in advance, but please contact us to discuss your retreat needs.

  • What does a retreat cost?

Costs vary by group size and length of stay. Please contact us for details. Financial need should never keep anyone from encountering God; please ask us about assistance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Please discuss our cancelation policies before scheduling your retreat.

Your Stay
  • What should I bring?

Bedding and towels are not provided in Bunkhouse rooms, so please bring your own. Please also bring comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes for walking the grounds, weather-appropriate outerwear, a Bible or journal, and any personal medications.

Meals are generally not included in retreats, but we can provide catering options for your event, along with kitchen access. Many of the special events we host will offer catered food or food truck options for purchase.

  • Is Mass or Confession available?

We typically do not offer Masses on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own clergy for your retreat. The nearby city of Forest City offers Mass times during the week and on the weekends. For more information, visit the Immaculate Conception website.

  • Is there Wi-Fi or cell service?

Many guests find that setting aside their devices is one of the most freeing parts of their retreat, so we encourage you to store your phones away to fully connect with your retreat.
